The Human Resources Department (HR) is responsible for managing manpower within the Habbo Police Force. Led by the Director of Human Resources, the department ensures efficient staffing, oversees personnel transfers, and maintains a well-structured workforce.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manpower Management – Ensures the organization is properly staffed and maintains records of personnel.
• Transfers & Recruitment – Handles all transfers from external organizations and facilitates smooth integration into the Habbo Police Force.

By overseeing manpower and recruitment, the HR Department ensures the organization remains well-resourced and effectively staffed.
