Training and Capability Development

The Training and Capability Development Department (TCD) is responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing all training and educational programs within the HPF. TCD ensures that personnel are equipped with the operational skills, leadership qualities, and professional knowledge required to meet the evolving demands of the organization.
