Training Operations

The Training and Capability Development Department (TCD) is responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing all training and educational programs within the HPF. TCD ensures that personnel are equipped with the operational skills, leadership qualities, and professional knowledge required to meet the evolving demands of the organization. Through continuous development initiatives, TCD strengthens the capabilities of every officer, supporting both individual growth and the overall mission of the HPF.
