HABBO
POLICE FORCE

Association of Police & Crime Commissioners
The Association of Police & Crime Commissioner (APCC) is a non-active duty, non-operational body within the Habbo Police Force that upholds the structural integrity of the organization. Its responsibilities encompass:

- Rooms Infrastructure – Overseeing the development and maintenance of all physical spaces within the organization.
- Website & Digital Tools – Ensuring the online presence, technical platforms, and digital tools remain functional and up to date.
- Continuity of the Organization – Implementing long-term strategies to sustain and advance the organization’s stability and effectiveness.

Each member of the APCC holds a voting right, which is exercised in critical decision-making processes. One of the key functions of this voting power is to assess the fitness of the Commissioner 1iC. If the Commissioner is deemed unfit to lead, the APCC can take necessary actions based on a collective decision.

If the Commissioner is also a member of the APCC, their voting rights are temporarily suspended while they hold the Commissioner position. Their voting rights will be restored once they no longer serve as the Commissioner.

The APCC serves as a crucial governance body, ensuring that the Habbo Police Force remains structurally sound, digitally capable, and continuously evolving.
