2nd Commissioner Selection

Association of Police & Crime Commissioners

The Association of Police & Crime Commissioners (APCC) has convened to discuss the selection process for the appointment of the 2nd Commissioner of the Habbo Police Force (HPF). Due to time constraints, Acting Commissioner Solicitate has confirmed he is unable to take up the role permanently and has expressed his wish to continue serving as Deputy Commissioner.

Accordingly, the APCC will be initiating an Expression of Interest (EoI) process for candidates aspiring to lead the HPF.

This will be a multi-stage selection process, overseen by all APCC members. Individuals interested in applying are invited to submit their Expression of Interest to the Chairman of the APCC directly via private message. Successful candidates from the initial stage will be contacted with further instructions regarding subsequent phases of the process.

To be considered, your Expression of Interest must address the following areas:

  1. A comprehensive overview of your Habbo military/agency career to date.
  2. Your strategic short-term objectives for the HPF (the first 100 days).
  3. Your long-term vision for the HPF (6–9 months forward).
  4. A critical assessment of the current state of the HPF.
  5. A reflection on your leadership style and its application in previous roles.
  6. An honest evaluation of your key strengths and areas for improvement.
  7. Detailed experience managing teams and/or communities at an executive level within Habbo.
  8. A concluding statement outlining why you are the ideal candidate for this position and how you distinguish yourself from other applicants.

We encourage all interested candidates to approach this opportunity with the seriousness and dedication the role demands. We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
